CIsco DNAC admin account access issue

Hi All,

We have a DNAC DN-SW-APL installed inside VMware ESXi. Currently, the admin account details are missing due to an improper handover.

We have retrieved the Maglev username and password; however, when trying to log in to the GUI using these credentials, we are encountering an error.

We also attempted to add a new user via the console from VMware ESXi, but this resulted in an error as well.

Is there any alternative method to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Do you know one of the usernames for the GUI? It isn't going to be admin as we disable that in the ESXi product.

Yes. I know one of the username and password. But once i login it shows only observer role. 

Ok, if you open a TAC case, we can look internally into what users are defined and then change the password for a defined user so you can log in and create a new user to log in with.
